CashDash is a personal ledger for individuals and friends to keep track of expenses. Entries, balances, and records on CashDash are informal records and are not legally binding contracts. We offer the CashDash service "as-is" without a warranty. CashDash is a work-in-progress; some features may not work exactly as planned, and we may restrict or modify certain features at any time.

We modify our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Who can use CashDash

You may use our services only if you agree to these Terms of Service and the processing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not use CashDash if:

• You are barred from receiving services under the laws of applicable jurisdictions.
• We previously banned your account for violation of these terms.
• You are under the age of 13.

Description of Service

CashDash is a service designed to help you track personal spending and informal entries by allowing users to log transaction amounts, descriptions, and categories. The Service maintains the "sharing math" for budgets, provides informal spending advice, and stores this data for multi-device synchronization. You agree that this service is provided AS-IS and on an AS AVAILABLE basis.

Informal Nature of Data

The application allows users to post balances and expenses as they please. You agree that you understand these entries are not legally binding and represent informal information sharing. You agree that the Service cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of information entered by users or third-party automated systems.

Conditions of Use

You agree to use the Service for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You agree not to use the service:

• For fraudulent, disruptive, aggressive, or manipulative purposes.
• For money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• To misrepresent yourself or others.

CashDash reserves the right, but has no obligation, to investigate your use for compliance and terminate your access if violations are found.

No Warranty

User Posted Content & Standards

You are solely responsible for all content you provide (descriptions, categories, receipts). We are not responsible for evaluating the legality, safety, or morality of user-posted content. We may, at our sole discretion, remove content that:

• Is invasive of another's privacy or meant to harass/blackmail.
• Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
• Is obscene, harmful, abusive, or offensive (including nudity).
• Incites violence or hatred toward individuals or groups.
• Is illegal (e.g., child exploitation, drug use, firearms, piracy).
• Is spammy or promotes pyramid/referral marketing schemes.

No Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL CASHDASH BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

External Payment Services (UPI/QR)

CashDash may provide deep links or integrations with external payment services (e.g., UPI apps, QR code scanners). You agree that CashDash is in no way responsible or liable for transactions provided by third-party payment services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

Indemnification

You agree to hold CashDash and its developers harmless and indemnify them from any third-party claim arising from or related to your use of the Service, including liability for all claims, losses, damages, and attorney fees.

Jurisdiction & Severability

This entire agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates. If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
